1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa, directly to your door through trusted local couriers.
At this stage, we do not ship internationally.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days, depending on your location and order volume.
We’ll send you an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
3. How much is delivery?

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from

You can use that link to follow your parcel’s progress.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us at info@skinluxeco.co.za with your order number and we’ll assist you.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

All SkinLuxe Co products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Yes — our products are carefully formulated with gentle, effective ingredients suitable for most skin types.
